All minimum detectable activities (MDAs) reported in the database are based upon the NIOSH Office of Compensation Analysis and Support (OCAS) technical documents used for dose reconstruction. For information on how these MDAs were calculated and other site-specific information visit: http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/ocas/ocastbds.html.

All ICD-9-cm causes of death coded for this case will be displayed in a tabular format. The source of the cause of death information (autopsy report or death certificate), the relation to death (primary, secondary, contributing), and the severity (severe, marked, moderate, mild) are also displayed. Pathology data can also be accessed by Source of Information, Relation to Death and Severity (cases and pathology data are listed by case number) or all pathology observations that could not be coded with a valid ICD-9-cm category can be viewed.
